Choreographer Professor Jung Jae-hyuk, who worked as a lead dancer with the Trisha Brown Dance Company in New York, founded Company J to bring forth more diverse possibilities, creating sophisticated works that focus on what is most essential and fundamental to movement. The dance company’s works use repetitive movements to cleverly combine the two opposing elements of classic and contemporary.
